Back in Dec 2024 I deposited 35 SOL (~$7k) from my Ledger to a deposit address I copied directly from WEEX’s deposit page.
After sending, the deposit page later showed a completely different address. My funds never arrived on WEEX.
The SOL is still sitting untouched 8 months later in the wallet I sent to.
I’ve been in a long back-and-forth with WEEX support:
First they said it was cookie hijacking.
Then they changed it to clipboard hijacking.
But that makes no sense — if it was a hijack, the funds would have been drained immediately.
This looks much more like an error on WEEX’s deposit system than anything on my side. Despite all evidence, they refuse reimbursement.
Has anyone else had issues with WEEX? Any advice on how to escalate this further?
I have the address ofcourse, where the Solana stays untouched, here after 8 months.

还有其他人遇到过WEEX的问题吗？有什么建议可以进一步解决这个问题吗？
我当然有地址，Solana在这里已经放了 8 个月了，依然完好无损。
